Eligibility 

Self-motivated, high-performing women at any stage in their careers who have been identified as having strong potential for an organizational leadership role.

Selection Process

1. Nominate: The Chamber solicits and accepts online nominations during a rolling nomination period.
2. Apply: Once a nomination is submitted, we will invite the nominee to complete an online application during the application period.
3. Decide: A selection committee will review all applications to ensure a well-rounded cohort and let candidates know of decisions throughout the admission period. 

Characteristics of Successful Candidates

• Self-motivated, high-performing women at any stage in their careers who are committed to full program participation.
• Diversity is strongly considered.
• Though self-nominations are accepted, we encourage applicants to solicit a nomination from their manager or another leader to ensure organizational support.
